Growing up in west Michigan I had a great passion for craft and micro brews. This lead me to traveling across America trying different types of brews and seeing how its done. Eventually it lead me to discover a thing called mead.

This discovery along with the pairing of my love for growing my own food and creating homemade dishes created a new passion. Homebrewing Mead, 

As of this time, this site is dedicated to my journey of homebrewing and crafting recipes from quality ingredients from local suppliers as well as grown by my own hands.
